What you will do

• Analyze, design, develop, and deploy software systems for the Corporate Positioning & Insights practice.
• Collaborate with data scientists and technical leads to build reliable, AI-centric tools.
• Conduct data analysis and model development to provide strategic value to clients.
• Implement scalable solutions for bespoke problems, including collaboration with forensic investigation teams.
• Act as a technical advisor to client executives, translating business needs into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and full stack web application deployment using containers or networked servers.
• Experience with distributed systems technologies, git, and trunk-based development.
• Must be based in the United States (Washington, DC) to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLM integration, agentic workflows, and traditional NLP.
• Hands-on experience with Python, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Spark.
• Familiarity with standard data science workflows and tooling.
