What you will do

• Own core revenue drivers, focusing on increasing trading commissions and volume.
• Scale user acquisition for both creators and participants via KOLs, affiliates, and partnerships.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and design high-conversion launch mechanics for key token launches.
• Optimise the full user funnel from awareness and token creation to trading and retention.
• Define and evolve the platform's positioning and messaging across all user touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles.
• Professional background in crypto, trading, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, funnels, and growth mechanics.
• Ability to combine creative campaign design with data-driven experimentation.
