Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead security initiatives and processes to expand and mature organizational capabilities.
• Own GenAI security policies, standards, and governance for LLMs, RAG, and agents.
• Design and implement controls for access management, prompt injection, and model-related threats.
• Lead incident response, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and partner with engineering teams for remediation.
• Evaluate vendor and open-source tools and manage compliance audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, AppSec, or Cloud Security.
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and scaling technical teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and secure system design.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation.
• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
• Proficiency with security tools including SIEM, Metasploit, Splunk, and Wireshark.
