What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary team in developing, manufacturing, and testing electronic units for satellites within time, cost, and requirements constraints
• Serve as primary interface between project team and customer
• Plan, assign activities to team members, and monitor progress
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Negotiate and implement changes to project baseline
• Organize and conduct project reviews
• Report status to management and lead proposal teams

Requirements

• Academic degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or comparable
• Experience managing multidisciplinary development projects, ideally in space industry
• Technical background in electronic systems development, verification, and associated software
• Knowledge of relevant ECSS standards
• Fluency in English essential; German proficiency beneficial
