What you will do
- Serve as primary ambassador for IOP program, collaborating with clinical teams and engaging referral partners.
- Conduct admissions using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria, review assessments, and use motivational strategies for patient engagement.
- Deliver evidence-based group counseling (Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, CBT) at least 3 hours/day, 4 days/week, plus individual sessions.
- Develop clinical documentation, treatment plans, and tailored interventions meeting regulatory and billing standards.
- Provide crisis support, case management, outreach, and transitional counseling while maintaining confidentiality.
- Participate in marketing, community outreach, and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Hold one of: LPC, LADAC I/II, LCSW, or LMSW; if not licensed, enrolled in or willing to begin licensure program at hire.
- Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, ASAM criteria, and social services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- High integrity, sound judgment with confidential matters, and quick response in crises.
- Ability to speak/hear effectively, adequate vision, and handle prolonged sitting/computer use in medical office environment.
