Junior Customer Support Engineer (ERP)

What you will do

• Implement, install, and configure company software products and provide user training.
• Manage MS SQL databases and work with data dashboards including OLAP cubes.
• Provide technical support by analyzing and resolving system and data exchange incidents.
• Research and provision solutions for complex technical issues.
• Consult customers on software configuration and manage requests via the support system.
• Participate in software testing, upgrades, and internal/external project work.

Requirements

• Understanding of software implementation and support processes, specifically for CRM or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Fluent Ukrainian and at least pre-intermediate (B1) English level.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Strong verbal and written communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to create and interpret technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the FMCG market.
• Basic skills in C#.
• Proficiency in reading technical specifications.
