TL;DR
Site Operations Analyst: Supports day-to-day operations of digital tools, platforms, and guest-facing experiences with an accent on monitoring, incident management, and data analysis. Focus on triaging issues, cross-functional collaboration, and basic testing for system integrity.
Location: Remote, USA. Hours: Saturday and Sunday day shifts 7am-4pm CT or 8am-5pm CT and 3 weekday day shifts.

What you will do
- Monitor dashboards, guest feedback, escalations, traffic, errors, and booking flows; escalate issues using alerting systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Triage tickets by severity, reproduce issues, gather details, escalate to IT/engineering, and track resolutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in standups, incident calls, and meetings as a bridge between business, IT, product, and operations.
- Pull and analyze reports on conversion, inventory, error rates; identify trends and translate into insights.
- Execute test cases for new features across devices, document defects, and partner with DevOps on resolutions.
- Support daily operations, maintain documentation, and assist senior analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in digital operations, eCommerce, or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and user experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
