What you will do

• Build feature stores for online inference and model training to support MLEs and data scientists.
• Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of the ML Feature Store and Feature Engineering infrastructure.
• Collaborate with ML Platform and infrastructure teams to advance the overall ML Platform.
• Partner with management on goal setting, planning, and de-risking project execution.
• Mentor team members in adopting a rigorous DevOps approach to improve infrastructure quality and health.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience designing and building machine learning model serving infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, Git, and SQL or MySQL.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models for serving in production.
• Expertise in enhancing ML observability, specifically regarding feature drift detection and model performance.
