What you will do

• Lead the redesign and re-architecture of the website to improve brand communication and lead generation.
• Drive acquisition through comprehensive SEO (technical, on-page, content) and performance-focused digital initiatives.
• Optimize conversion rates and user experience through continuous A/B testing and CRO.
• Develop personalized digital experiences and deploy AI-driven solutions for content and discovery.
• Build and manage campaign landing pages and conversion funnels to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee CMS, site performance, and deliver localized content strategies for international expansion.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles.
• Proven track record of improving website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Strong expertise in SEO and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and UX best practices.
• Knowledge of how AI is shaping search and discovery, with ability to use AI tools for optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
