TL;DR

Tech Lead / Fullstack Developer / Architect (Fiori + GCP): Leading the end-to-end delivery and architecture of a web application for migrating historical Plant Maintenance data into SAP S/4HANA with an accent on full-stack development and SAP CPI integration. Focus on designing multi-tenant data models, implementing SSO via Google Cloud Identity, and coordinating technical delivery across a senior agile team.

Location: Remote, must be based in LATAM with Eastern Time overlap required

What you will do

  • Own the Solution Architecture Document and the multi-tenant, contractor-partitioned data model.
  • Build a full-stack web application consisting of a SPA and a REST API backend.
  • Integrate Google Cloud Identity / SSO using SAML 2.0 or OIDC.
  • Design and review the OData V2 Deep Insert pattern for SAP CPI integration.
  • Implement file ingestion (CSV, Excel, XML) and ensure an immutable audit trail.
  • Lead PR governance, sprint ceremonies, and gate review decks.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Fiori Elements, UI5, or OpenUI5.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development using a SPA framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Identity / SSO and multi-tenant architecture with RBAC.
  • Ability to implement XML generation, XSD validation, and file parsing in Python (pandas, openpyxl).
  • Professional, client-facing English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) with Eastern Time overlap.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, GCS, Secret Manager).
  • Proficiency with Terraform or Deployment Manager for IaC.
  • Experience with performance tuning at scale.
  • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 security reviews.
