What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, providing local expertise and high-quality service.
- Manage the check-in process, including collecting payment details and following company protocols.
- Address guest requests with urgency, including providing supplies or performing minor repairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and standard of shared spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, and gyms.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and property teams using internal CRM and POS systems.
- Handle operational tasks such as restocking amenities, prepping rooms, and performing shift handovers.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, multi-family, or food & beverage.
- Full scheduling flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and empathy.
- Ability to quickly learn and use multiple technology systems (POS, CRM).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.
