What you will do

• Provide exceptional phone and email support to current and potential members.
• Coordinate tee time reservations and basic member services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and promotions to ensure accurate information delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately record member interactions and transactions in the internal system.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be based in Lake Mary, Florida.
