What you will do

• Manage client relationships across the enterprise portfolio as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, from scoping and planning through execution.
• Present strategic insights and project progress to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal trainers and engineers to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to support business development.
• Develop go-to-market materials, proposals, and client-facing communications.

Requirements

• Consulting background, ideally at an Engagement Manager level or equivalent at a top-tier firm.
• Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and delivering complex projects.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for boardroom presentations.
• Working knowledge of AI and experience using AI tools in daily professional workflows.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with significant ambiguity.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in AI, consulting, or professional services.
• Background in sales or business development.
• Familiarity with AI tools including Claude, Claude Code, and related platforms.
