What you will do

• Analyze and refine business-identified requirements for application development projects.
• Translate business needs into clear and complete functional specifications.
• Support technical teams during development by clarifying functional requirements.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement technical fixes.
• Ensure compliance with internal banking rules and external regulatory standards.
• Facilitate operational support for service requests and user inquiries.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects.
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably in the investment area.
• Technical proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and Visual Studio C#.
• Functional knowledge of Stock Exchange, Brokerage, Futures, and Investment Funds.
• Experience with Sifox, Binfolio, Fundmanager, or similar applications.
