Technical Product Owner (MobApp)

What you will do

• Own and manage the backlog for a mobile application product stream, including prioritization, refinement, and sprint-ready stories.
• Write Technical Requirements Documents, Business Requirements Documents, and UML sequence diagrams independently.
• Define acceptance criteria for complex features with multiple integration dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the full delivery cycle and participate in technical integration discussions with external providers.
• Work with the CPO and product managers on strategic priorities and OKRs.
• Identify product gaps, propose improvements, escalate risks, and contribute to documentation standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical PO, or Senior PO in a product company.
• 2+ years of experience in fintech or another regulated technical environment.
• Experience implementing mobile applications at the requirements level.
• Ability to independently write TRDs, BRDs, and UML sequence diagrams.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations, including the ability to read Swagger/OpenAPI specifications and understand request/response flows.
• Experience with backlog management, stakeholder coordination, requirements workshops, gap analysis, process mapping, and autonomous delivery ownership. English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto or blockchain products, including exchanges, wallets, or on/off-ramp solutions.
• Knowledge of MiCA, VASP, EU crypto regulations, PCI DSS, or payment orchestration.
• Experience with API-first or platform products and the full Discovery-to-Delivery cycle.
• Experience integrating PSPs such as Checkout.com, Stripe, Adyen, or Worldpay.
• Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, alternative payment methods, and bank transfers.
