What you will do

• Design and develop agent-based AI systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete AI architectures and working solutions.
• Productionize GenAI solutions as secure, scalable APIs integrated into the corporate technology landscape.
• Manage the full lifecycle including prototyping, validation, productionization, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Data Scientists in high-impact engagements.
• Establish technical patterns and best practices for agentic AI that can be transferred across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in The Hague, Netherlands.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in software engineering or applied ML in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous application design.
• Hands-on experience with agentic LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and tool/function calling.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
