TL;DR

Customer and Developer Experience Specialist (CDX): Act as the primary owner for incoming requests from customers and developers, managing them through a ticketing system from start to resolution with an accent on aligning expectations and minimizing handoffs. Focus on driving cases to efficient closure, supporting onboarding, and improving workflows and automation.

Location: Fully remote with flexible hours (Kyiv office available for optional offline meetups)

What you will do

  • Act as primary owner for incoming requests via ticketing system, ensuring timely and structured responses.
  • Handle customer and developer requests end-to-end, aligning expectations and resolving issues without unnecessary escalations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, Talent, and Product teams for efficient resolutions.
  • Support onboarding, subscription updates, hours logging, rate changes, opt-outs, and profile updates.
  • Monitor report submissions, follow up on delays, and coordinate payments with Finance.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to workflow improvements and automation.

Requirements

  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity while structuring unclear situations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in support, operations, or customer success.
  • Experience with marketplaces or tech products.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).
