What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated calibration and final test stations for multidisciplinary systems.
• Coordinate technicians, coders, and engineers from multiple teams in a matrix environment to drive execution.
• Architect scalable calibration processes and algorithms to optimize cycle time and production efficiency.
• Develop high-quality Python code for system automation, data analysis, and algorithm validation.
• Perform hands-on bring-up and debugging of complex, multi-disciplinary hardware setups.
• Plan and execute system integration experiments and analyze results to guide development.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on system engineering experience in a multidisciplinary company.
• Proven track record of leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, tool control, and automation.
• Experience with testing tools and measurement of physical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues at the system level.

Nice to have

• Experience with optical systems or sensors.
