What you will do

• Lead and scale multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, NPI, Quality, Manufacturing, and Integration.
• Manage the NPI lifecycle to ensure seamless transition from R&D concepts to scalable mass production.
• Drive DFX (Design for Excellence) and implement lean automation to optimize production and integration processes.
• Oversee the Technology Lab for validation, testing, and innovation.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and predictive quality to scale production capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Product, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Labs.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• 5+ years of proven managerial experience leading other managers and engineering or manufacturing teams.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, NPI, and production scaling.
• Deep understanding of DFX, manufacturing integration, and quality control.
• Proven experience implementing AI projects for process optimization and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, MES, or PLM systems.
