What you will do

• Manage and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team end-to-end.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from R&D and prototypes to mass production and stabilization.
• Lead engineering change orders (ECOs) for product improvements and second source qualification.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes, including tools IQ/OQ/PQ and product process validation.
• Design and implement production jigs, tools, and testers for internal floors and subcontractors.
• Optimize production efficiency and reduce failure rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or similar industries.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary manufacturing engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and PLM systems (10+ years).
• Expertise in plastic injection molding, precision assemblies, and jig design.
• Advanced English and Expert Hebrew proficiency required.
