What you will do

• Install, maintain, and service HMI MBI equipment at customer sites within clean room environments.
• Perform regular and irregular maintenance activities and execute defined action plans.
• Run diagnostics and independently solve technical problems to correct system malfunctions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, work orders, and system problem reports.
• Coach junior engineers and collaborate with global support centers and internal stakeholders.
• Train customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
• 0–4 years of hands-on experience with mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or electronics.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel VBA.
• Basic programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or SQL.
• Ability to work in a clean room (wearing Gore-Tex suits), lift up to 50 pounds, and work night/weekend shifts.
