What you will do

  • Own and maintain marketing boards in Monday.com and Notion, managing templates and project statuses.
  • Lead the HubSpot email program, including newsletter creation, segmentation strategy, and lifecycle automations.
  • Coordinate developer, designer, and QA resources by scoping requests and managing production calendars.
  • Build and implement workflow automations using AirOps, Zapier, and AI tools like Claude.
  • Manage the website production pipeline in Webflow, publishing CMS content and QAing updates.
  • Maintain the marketing tech stack and ownership of reporting via DataBox and Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or project coordination.
  • Deep, daily expertise in HubSpot for segmentation, workflows, and campaign management.
  • Fluency in workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com and Notion for execution tracking.
  • Ability to publish and QA content within Webflow CMS.
  • English: Advanced proficiency (C1) or higher required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an agency or studio environment.
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, Marketing Software).
  • Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude MCPs, or other LLM-driven automation.
  • Experience with podcast or video production workflows.
