What you will do

• Investigate inefficiencies within business units to identify AI opportunity areas.
• Translate business challenges into concrete AI concepts and prototypes.
• Design and develop AI agents and AI-supported workflows.
• Evaluate the integration of AI solutions into existing hirify.global processes and tools.
• Provide recommendations on AI governance, usability, and rollout strategies.
• Deliver a final analysis, prototypes, and a presentation of results.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program (AI, Data Science, or Business IT & Management).
• Strong interest in AI applications and digital innovation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
