Strategy & Planning Analyst (Infrastructure)

Strategy & Planning Analyst (Infrastructure): Developing and executing the AMER InfraSols strategy to ensure alignment with global company objectives with an accent on strategic initiative ownership, QBR/MBR preparation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on solving complex organizational problems through research, coordinating across multiple time zones, and acting as a liaison between regional and global strategy teams.

Location: Must be based in the US (Pelzer, SC or Columbus, OH)

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the AMER InfraSols strategy aligned with overall company goals.
• Own strategic initiatives from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the Strategy Director and AMER leader to prepare QBRs, MBRs, and strategic reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to gather and analyze data.
• Act as the primary liaison between the AMER region and the global strategy team.
• Present findings and market recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 4-8 years of professional experience, preferably within a culturally diverse international organization.
• Advanced experience with Oracle ERP financial applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• PMP Certification.
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
