Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Supply Chain): Designing and optimizing supply chain and quality processes with an accent on requirement gathering and data-driven insights. Focus on translating business needs into functional specifications and implementing AI/ML projects to improve operational efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (average 2 days per week from an HPE office)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in Supply Chain and Quality.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Create data-driven insights and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to inform decision-making.
• Manage project financials, monitor budgets, and provide reliable financial forecasts to management.
• Lead internal project teams and manage first-level stakeholder relationships.
• Support testing, UAT validation, and final stakeholder sign-off.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, analytics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Quality domains.
• Proficiency in SQL (select queries, joins, aggregations) and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
• Basic programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
• Experience working on AI/ML projects.
