• Manage personnel movements, including registrations, modifications, incidents, and cancellations.
• Perform payroll calculations and handle communications with official bodies.
• Provide professional support and advice on labor procedures.
• Manage clients at a local level and monitor activity for international corporate clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll management and labor law.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• Spanish and fluent English proficiency are essential.
• Strong analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools.
• Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
