What you will do

  • Provide operational support to the Labor Relations Director for Works Council meetings and labor audits.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations across international hubs.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for international locations in coordination with external providers.
  • Handle the full employee administrative lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding.
  • Integrate AI tools and LLMs to automate repetitive HR tasks, legal research, and payroll audits.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and resolve employee queries via a ticketing system.

Requirements

  • University degree in Labor Relations, Law, or HR.
  • 2-4 years of experience in international payroll and labor relations or legal support.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS.
  • AI literacy and eagerness to use LLMs to optimize HR and legal processes.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
  • Demonstrated experience using practical AI tools such as Gemini.
