What you will do
- Write, edit and structure texts in English and/or German for internal and external portals
- Adapt complex technical information into clear, user-centric wording (microcopy, help texts, UX copy, FAQs)
- Support creation of user guides, manuals, how-tos and knowledge articles from subject matter experts
- Review and refine existing content for language, tonality, consistency and clarity
- Prepare presentations and internal communication materials for CX & Digital Platforms team
- Assist with content planning, topic structuring, drafts and managing smaller content packages
Requirements
- Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication studies, linguistics, media studies, journalism, translation or comparable field
- Strong feel for language, structure and clear messaging; enjoy writing and editing
- First experience creating texts for digital channels (websites, blogs, social media, newsletters) or strong motivation to build these skills
- Fluent in German and English; confident in international team
- Work reliably, structured and independently; take ownership of topics
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of UX writing, content design or technical communication
- Experience with CMS tools (WordPress, Typo3, Censhare or similar)
