What you will do

• Deep-dive into complex regulatory and supply chain topics to distill them into actionable customer content.
• Own the end-to-end customer newsletter process from research and writing to dispatch and impact analysis.
• Build enablement materials including briefing notes, tool walkthroughs, and video explainers.
• Collaborate directly with Customer Operations, Product Experts, and management.
• Scout and integrate AI tools to automate and enhance content production and research.

Requirements

• Must be a top-performing student with a fast ramp-up capability.
• Excellent writing skills in both German and English (pointed and precise).
• AI-native mindset with proficiency in using LLMs for professional tasks.
• Ability to read and synthesize complex information within 48 hours.
• Commitment to high-quality output and ownership of all produced assets.
