What you will do

• Build distributed microservices accessed by 10 million global customers.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced application services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Write testable and maintainable code to ensure system robustness and reliability.
• Optimize application performance and resolve bugs.

Requirements

• Background in computer science, specifically in algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Proven experience leading development efforts and guiding teams through end-to-end project delivery.
• Extensive programming experience in backend technologies; Go (lang) is preferred.
• BSc, MSc, PhD in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in South Africa to support the "remote but reachable" office policy.
