Turkish-Speaking Client Relations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid. A valid Greek work permit is required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle client inquiries and provide a consistently high level of service.
• Analyze personal client portfolios and take appropriate actions.
• Communicate product updates, marketing promotions, and relevant terms and conditions.
• Follow legal guidelines and compliance procedures while suggesting system enhancements.
• Cooperate with Client Relations and other departments to achieve business development targets.

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Fluent Turkish and excellent written and spoken English.
• Client-handling experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, prioritization, and computer skills.
• Reliable, target-oriented, dynamic, and innovative approach.
• Valid work permit for Greece.
