What you will do
- Redesign Marketplace Discovery Journey with new visual hierarchy and advanced search filters to increase cart tions.
- Establish High-Fidelity Merchant UI Kit by auditing and standardizing seller dashboard components for self-service.
- Optimize Post-Purchase Transparency Interface for order tracking and repayment visibility to reduce inquiries.
- Deploy Scalable Design-to-Dev Handoff Process with Figma documentation and interaction recipes for feature shipping.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience with strong portfolio in high-polish e-commerce or complex B2C/B2B2C visual and interaction design.
- Proven UX/UI optimization of end-to-end user flows including post-purchase and merchant experiences.
- Expert in prototyping tools and AI integration for design workflows.
- Strong communication to advocate designs and insights to stakeholders (PM, eng, data, ops).
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams, data-literate for metrics and A/B testing decisions.
- Autonomous self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
