Security Operations Engineer

Location: Must be based in Colombia

What you will do

• Execute the migration to a centralized XDR platform across endpoints and infrastructure.
• Implement and operate DLP and SASE controls to secure user access and data flows.
• Deploy and manage a centralized MDM solution to enforce endpoint security baselines.
• Improve SIEM detections and SOAR playbooks to automate response actions and reduce MTTR.
• Monitor and remediate brand abuse, phishing, and impersonation activity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• Proven experience in security operations and control implementation in cloud-first environments.
• At least 3 years of experience with XDR platforms and MDM solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy and operate SASE, Zero Trust, VPN, and DLP solutions.
• Strong expertise in endpoint security management, including encryption, hardening, and patching.
• Experience operating security detections and response workflows within SIEM and XDR platforms.
