What you will do

• Own the design, evolution, and reliability of the CI/CD and developer platform architecture.
• Implement AI-powered productivity tools, including internal AI agents for pipelines and incident resolution.
• Develop a self-service internal developer platform (IDP) to enable independent deployment and operation.
• Integrate AI using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure secure and scalable interactions between LLMs and internal systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to promote DevOps, platform engineering, and AI adoption best practices.
• Define and enforce observability, reliability, and cost optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering with production system ownership.
• Strong expertise in GCP, Linux, and CI/CD systems such as Jenkins.
• Deep experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, and Helm.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into engineering workflows and designing agent-based systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives end-to-end, from design to production.

Nice to have

• GCP certifications.
• Experience with ITIL or service management practices.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code, governance frameworks, or compliance in AI systems.
• Experience in DevEx or platform engineering organizations at scale.
• Exposure to FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization.
