What you will do

• Design and lead Azure cloud architectures covering networking, security, governance, IaaS, PaaS, and serverless solutions.
• Own the infrastructure for AI-powered platforms, including RAG, document ingestion, vector search, and LLM integrations.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and build robust CI/CD pipelines following DevSecOps best practices.
• Lead the mentoring framework and shared knowledge strategy within the engineering chapter.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to productionize ML/LLM solutions using an MLOps mindset.
• Manage technical proposals and RFP responses, while identifying emerging cloud trends and services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud or Platform Engineering roles.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure in real production environments.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices via Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience designing and implementing IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to engage with clients and lead technical presales, including demos and proposal writing.
• Fluent English (mandatory) for daily collaboration with international teams and clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS / GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and software development (Python, Go, .NET).
• Experience with observability tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
