What you will do

• Support and operate enterprise Azure and AWS cloud environments in production settings.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Monitor platform health, investigate service disruptions, and restore services during incidents.
• Support and troubleshoot Kubernetes and container-based platforms.
• Conduct disaster recovery testing and platform resilience initiatives.
• Automate operational tasks and improve reliability through scripting solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise cloud platforms, infrastructure operations, or SRE environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Azure and/or AWS in production.
• Practical experience with Terraform or other IaC technologies.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with structured Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability platforms like Azure Monitor, Amazon CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or ITIL.
• Exposure to AI-assisted operations and automated incident analysis.
