What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases in alignment with change management processes.
• Manage complex release scenarios involving multiple systems, teams, and dependencies.
• Drive automation of release-related activities to improve reliability and delivery speed.
• Act as a key interface between development, QA, and operations during release cycles.
• Guide and mentor development teams on release readiness and DevOps practices.
• Analyze performance metrics and retrospectives to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Release Management, Process Management, or a similar delivery role.
• Practical experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and issue tracking tools.
• Experience participating in small to medium-sized projects with a focus on change management.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PSM, PSPO, PSPM, or ITIL.
