What you will do

• Design and manage scalable, secure systems on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to ensure high performance and resilience.
• Improve developer experience by introducing internal tooling, templates, and self-service workflows.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps principles, security by design, and observability.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted tools to reduce technical debt and manual toil.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define long-term technical strategies for infrastructure and security.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Strong proficiency with AWS and IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Must be based in Argentina or Mexico.
• Proven track record of delivering results as a self-starter in a remote-first environment.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Chef, Python, PHP, Go, or C#.
• Familiarity with maintaining Drupal 7/Angular environments.
