What you will do

  • Facilitate timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Field support calls, chats, and emails for internal and external users.
  • Manage incoming queries by prioritizing, reassigning tickets, and tracking progress.
  • Troubleshoot issues, create defects for product review, and participate in testing.
  • Research manuals and training materials for self-guided professional growth.

Requirements

  • Working fluency in French required
  • 1-3 years of direct experience in customer support roles
  • Experience with Customer Success tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or foodservice tech software
  • Clear communicator able to explain complex topics simply, with strong attention to detail
  • Calm and resilient under pressure, analytical problem-solver
  • Skilled at juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
