TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain product strategy in partnership with CPO, business leaders, and GMs.
  • Define team topology, squad ownership, and quarterly objectives with clear problems and success measures.
  • Serve as primary product voice to executives, sales, and customer success; own feature intake process.
  • Coach PMs and APMs on discovery methodology, outcome thinking, and strong PM habits.
  • Monitor cross-squad dependencies, surface risks, and ensure squads have proper instrumentation for results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including time on empowered, discovery-led teams.
  • Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers with coaching ability.
  • Track record of defining product strategy beyond roadmap execution.
  • Location in Atlanta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SVPG Product Operating Model.
  • Experience with SaaS products in institutional, enterprise, campus, healthcare, or regulated environments.
