What you will do

• Manage unstaffed stores or those undergoing managerial transitions to ensure continuous operation and customer satisfaction.
• Assess store needs and implement operational solutions to prevent unplanned closures.
• Coordinate and manage relief staffing and oversee related operational costs, including overtime.
• Prepare stores for new managers by ensuring high standards in merchandising, presentation, and readiness.
• Monitor store performance via reports and resolve IT or operational issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Retail Territory Manager to align on priorities and actions.

Requirements

• Ability to travel significantly across Japan.
• Proficiency in Japanese (Japanese resume required) and English (English CV required).
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Capable of balancing multiple priorities across different physical locations.
