Focus on troubleshooting complex issues, advising on best practices, and driving optimizations to ensure mission-critical data reaches emergency responders.

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000

What you will do

  • Serve as primary technical contact for B2B partners during onboarding and ongoing management
  • Own launch timelines, implementation plans, and end-to-end workflows for new integrations
  • Monitor post-live health, performance, and stability of strategic accounts with Customer Success
  • Identify risks, gaps, or optimizations and drive resolutions across distributed systems
  • Troubleshoot complex API and integration issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, sales, and account teams
  • Support international teams in scaling solutions and provide feedback to Engineering on partner needs

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years as Implementation Engineer, Integrations Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Technical Project/Program Manager working with customers
  • Proficiency with Python and using AI tools for development acceleration
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, conditional logic, and system integrations
  • Experience managing external technical stakeholders and improving integration efficiency, reliability, or scalability
  • Supporting customer environments post go-live and maintaining operational health
  • Familiarity with customer support and ticketing workflows (Zendesk, Jira, or similar)
  • Ability and willingness to travel a few days per quarter and participate in weekly on-call rotation
