Salary: $114,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Serve as primary technical contact for B2B partners during onboarding and ongoing management
• Own launch timelines, technical plans, and end-to-end workflows for new integrations
• Design scalable architectures and advise on integration logic
• Monitor post-live health, performance, and stability with Customer Success
• Troubleshoot API issues, identify risks, and drive optimizations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, and sales teams

Requirements

• 3+ years as Implementation Engineer, Integrations Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Technical Project/Program Manager working with customers
• Proficiency with Python and using AI tools for development acceleration
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, conditional logic, and system integrations
• Experience managing external technical stakeholders and improving integration efficiency/reliability
• Track record supporting post-go-live environments and operational health
• Ability to work full-time schedule including weekends (Saturday/Sunday), quarterly travel for team gatherings, and weekly on-call rotation
