Salary: £61,344 - £74,976

What you will do

• Act as a communications partner to GCOO leaders, providing strategic advice and delivery support.
• Develop and deliver communication plans aligned with transformation and colleague experience priorities.
• Translate complex organizational change into clear, human-centric stories for colleagues.
• Draft and shape content for a variety of internal and external channels using a consistent tone of voice.
• Plan and execute high-impact events, including all-colleague calls, strategy sessions, and leadership events.
• Utilize AI tools responsibly to improve the pace, quality, and efficiency of planning and drafting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Internal & External Communications, ideally within Tech & Data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and adapting communication styles to different audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Leeds.
• A curious approach to adopting AI tools for improved ways of working.

• Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation activity.
• Experience using data, insights, or feedback to drive communication decisions.
• Familiarity with navigating large, complex corporate organizations.
