What you will do

• Lead major SAP projects across a broad range of systems, providing technical direction and subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to analyze business requirements and design quality technical solutions.
• Perform application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement.
• Resolve complex support issues and ensure compliance with organizational architectural standards.
• Coach and mentor team members on enterprise-wide software development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP technologies and development/configuration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (SAP MDG or SAP MDM), including knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4.
• Minimum 3 years of technical leadership and mentoring experience in a medium to large business.
• Experience in Finance, Material, Supplier, and Customer Master Data models (1+ year).
• Experience with SolMan – ChaRM (1+ year).
• Must be based in or able to work from Mason, OH, US.

• SAP Certifications in MDG and ABAP.
