What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads to meet business targets.
• Manage mobile app performance plans, conduct A/B tests, and analyze app data for insights.
• Build dashboards for performance tracking and analyze website/app traffic to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data teams to align campaigns with business needs.
• Explore new ad platforms, features, and vendors for growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Performance Marketing with focus on large-scale branding and mobile app performance.
• Experience in marketing data analysis and user experience analysis.
• Proven delivery of multi-channel campaigns and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (web/app), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer, SimilarWeb.
• Ability to collaborate with Data, Product, Tech teams on tracking flows.
• Experience with AI tools and strong prompting skills; product-to-consumer martech solutions.
