What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 data analysts to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate data value.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into profitability related to pricing, inventory, and revenue recognition.
• Develop business models to explore growth strategies and reconcile revenue data with economists and financial analysts.
• Present findings to stakeholders using clear visuals and concise communication.
• Manage ad-hoc queries from leadership and prioritize high-impact tasks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define data needs and ensure availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data science, economics, or another quantitative field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as R or Python.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Knowledge of games such as Magic: The Gathering.
