TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (NSW, Australia) - requires working three days in the office and two days remote.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the design and development of scalable B2B CRM platforms.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for business-critical B2B CRM processes.
  • Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, promoting scalable architectures and engineering guidelines.
  • Drive migration strategies to move data effectively from legacy platforms into SaaS.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture, business teams, and cyber security to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
  • Manage platform releases and prioritize backlogs to ensure high availability and resilience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Technical/Product/Platform Management for identity verification related software.
  • Outstanding understanding of CRM technologies, specifically Salesforce and OutSystems.
  • Experience building or integrating complex distributed systems with platform engineering teams.
  • Ability to develop solutions that securely authenticate customer identity information.
  • Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks governing identity data and verification.
  • Strong leadership skills to align engineering, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
