What you will do

• Build and maintain software release plans aligned with customer design and production schedules.
• Map software components, dependencies, and validation needs for each delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with software, hardware, test, and support teams.
• Track release scope, readiness, risks, and dependencies across multiple deliveries.
• Identify schedule and quality risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate release status and trade-offs to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Management.
• 7+ years of experience in software program management, release management, or embedded software development.
• Proven experience coordinating complex technical deliverables across multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of software development, integration, and release processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for managing concurrent programs.
• Location: Must be based in Taipei (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded software, device drivers, or firmware.
• Background in semiconductor, PC, mobile, or consumer electronics programs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and software quality tools.
• Experience with platform bring-up and hardware/software integration.
