What you will do

• Enable new BMC features through competitive analysis and industrial standard studies
• Drive software/firmware product feature requirements and technical design guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and technical staff to define product specifications
• Manage feature requests and customer issue support
• Manage project schedules, provide status updates, and escalate issues as needed
• Develop training materials for customers and internal teams

Requirements

• Location: Bade, Taiwan
• Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of BMC firmware design experience
• Experience developing technical specifications and design documents
• English: Effective written and verbal communication skills required
• Experience in technical support service to customers
